I am back on a domain! YAY!
Unfortunately, this means good and bad things.
The good thing is I’m setting up 301 redirects so you are automatically going to be whisked away to the proper place once it is all set up so I don’t lose a lot of my traffic. No links will have to be updated but if you want to, please update links to reflect cinnamon-bubbles.org instead of cinnabubbles.wordpress.com. Thanks!
The bad news? All my WP.com followers will have to resubscribe to my site. That includes regular followers and email followers. I didn’t have a lot of you, only 12 or so, so hopefully you will come by and join up via the email widget on my sidebar.
Also, anyone who was suscribed via BlogLovin’ will have re-subscribe as well.
Anyone who was suscribed via regular RSS will have to update their reader, FeedBurner RSS subscribers should be OK and will see the proper changes.
I hope this doesn’t inconvience anyone, My readership is pretty small as it is it seems so it shouldn’t be a problem, right?

I was self-hosted in the past and loved it. While WP.com locks you down and makes you pay to get the features you want, self-hosted is 'free-er' basically all you'd be paying for is a domain n' hosting. WP.com also strips a lot of coding (security feature I know!) and it got frustrating.
We are moving that way soon, too. Glad to hear you think it's worth it!!
